1. Platform Access

Access to the Atlas Global Trading Terminal is strictly limited to verified institutional entities. AtlasReach Energy Holdings reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail continuous AML screening, or exhibit market manipulation behaviors such as spoofing or wash trading.

2. Trade Execution & Settlement

All transactions executed within the Atlas platform are legally binding. By submitting an order, the user acknowledges full financial responsibility for the physical or paper allocation. Atlas acts solely as a matching engine and communication facilitator, and is not a counterparty to any trade unless explicitly acting as a principal via our proprietary trading desk.

3. Limitation of Liability

Atlas provides market data "as is" and assumes no liability for trading losses incurred due to data latency, API disruption, or third-party exchange outages. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the institution in the trailing 12-month period.
