1. Information Collection

AtlasReach Energy Holdings collects institutional data necessary to comply with international KYC/AML regulations. This includes corporate registration details, ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) identities, and financial standing records. We do not collect retail consumer data.

2. Data Processing & Storage

All personally identifiable information (PII) and corporate secrets (such as ICPOs and Bills of Lading) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Data is stored in secure, geographically isolated sovereign cloud regions (US-East, EU-Central, APAC-South) based on the user's domicile to ensure GDPR and local compliance.

3. Information Sharing

We strictly adhere to a zero-trust model. AtlasReach does not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party marketing firms. Data is only shared with verified clearing houses or regulatory bodies when legally compelled by a binding subpoena or during standard trade settlement operations expressly authorized by the user.
